About The Role
Join Flo, a leading women's health app, as a Social Content Manager. In this role, you will lead the organic content strategy and execution for Flo's product across social platforms, primarily TikTok. Your goal will be to establish Flo as the most trusted and relatable voice in the female health space through creative storytelling that blends education, empathy, and cultural relevance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and have access to various benefits, including participation in Flo's Employee Share Ownership Plan, generous parental leave, and a flexible workplace.
- Lead the organic content strategy and execution for Flo’s product across social platforms, predominantly TikTok, to establish Flo as a trusted voice in the female health space.
- Curate and commission diverse voices to ensure authenticity, accuracy, and empathy in content, while shaping conversations with thought leadership and relatable storytelling.
- Analyze performance and apply insights to scale sustainable formats beyond short-term trends, guiding contracted contributors with clear creative direction.
- Strong editorial skills — commissioning, curating, and editing content from journalists, experts, and creators, ensuring accuracy, empathy, and credibility
- Strong skills in analysing content performance and iterating based on data and insights
- Expertise in platform SEO, algorithm-driven feeds (e.g. FYP), and search-optimised content
- Comfortable in design tools like Figma or Canva to mock up creative concepts or adapt assets is a bonus
- A genuine passion for women’s health — a huge advantage
- Excellent writing and creative direction skills for short-form, social-native storytelling
- A proactive, independent problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment

- Deep understanding of how health and lifestyle content performs across platforms; skilled at making sensitive topics (likeTTC) accessible, witty, and culturally relevant — without losing authority
- Ability to brief and manage creators and contractors with a clear, outcome-focused vision
- Strong analytics skills, able to translate performance data into actionable insights and evergreen formats
- Excellent writing and creative direction skills, especially for short-form, social-native content
- Passionate about women’s health and creating content that delivers meaningful impact at scale
- 3–5+ years of experience shaping organic social strategies and producing content, with a portfolio showing proven growth on TikTok and other short-form platforms
