Join Unilever's Future Leaders Programme, a 36-month rotational leadership development program designed to cultivate top-performing undergraduate talent into future managers. The program includes placements in Sales and Marketing divisions, providing hands-on learning and experience in various roles. Candidates must be fluent in French and English, have a valid French driving license, and demonstrate ambition, strong interpersonal skills, and commercial acumen.

• Participer activement à des projets en direct dans les domaines des ventes et du marketing, en travaillant aux côtés d'experts de l'industrie.
• Développer des compétences en leadership et en gestion à travers des rotations dans différents rôles, y compris Chef de Secteur, Category Manager, Key Account Manager et Product Manager.
• Établir des partenariats avec une large gamme de clients, y compris des distributeurs, des supermarchés et des e-commerces, pour atteindre les marchés cibles.

No specific degree background is required, as this is an area where your personality will set you apart.

Candidates must be fluent in both French and English **(Please complete your SOVA digital interview in English)**, and should be either fresh graduates or professionals with no more than two years of experience.

A valid French driving license is mandatory.
