About The Role

Join our Group Cost & Investment Finance Division as an Assistant Finance Manager. In this role, you will be part of a Centre of Excellence dedicated to enabling and supporting Finance Business Partners. You will assist in the production of insightful reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your understanding of the overall Divisional P&L and gain exposure across the wider organization.

  • Assister à la production et au développement de rapports et de packs d'informations pour le flash, la clôture mensuelle et les cycles de planification.
  • Participer à la production de prévisions et de plans stratégiques sur 4 ans, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec nos partenaires commerciaux.
  • Promouvoir et intégrer continuellement une culture d'amélioration des processus au sein de l'équipe.
  • Exposure to cost management and reporting
  • Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel
  • Experience of finance systems and related software
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, demonstrating initiative and ownership of deliverables
  • A passion for continuous learning, personal development and contributing to the success of the wider team and function
  • Strong collaboration and partner engagement skills, with the ability to support reporting activities and effectively explain financial performance and business drivers
  • Delivery-focused, with a commitment to producing high-quality outputs whilst meeting demanding deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and provide meaningful insight
  • A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to challenge existing processes, identify improvements and drive continuous enhancement of systems, controls and ways of working
  • Experience using finance systems and reporting tools, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
