Associate Relationship Manager

Join our Mid Markets team as an Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) in Manchester. In this dynamic role, you'll support a growth portfolio within the Mid Markets segment, providing tailored banking solutions to businesses with a turnover of £50m - £500m. You'll work alongside an experienced Relationship Director, helping to expand relationships with existing clients and win new-to-bank relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing segment that is central to our purpose of Helping Britain Prosper.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role within financial services
• We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering great client outcomes. Ideally, you’ll bring:
• Proficient in using systems such as CRW, PEGA and Co-Pilot
• Experience in Business & Commercial Banking
