Transport Reporting Manager

Join our team as a Transport Reporting Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering monthly financial results, managing Joint Venture Financial accounts, and supporting change initiatives in the Transport industry. You'll work collaboratively across multiple Finance teams and have day-to-day line management responsibility for two colleagues. • Lead on all aspects of Blackhorse Financial Reporting, including delivery of monthly financial results and supporting analysis.
• Take ownership of Joint Venture Financial accounts and support the Business Partnering Team in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of monthly management accounts.
• Build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with key collaborators across Transport and the wider Retail Finance community.

• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, using experience to address critical risks/issues/dependencies as they arise and ensuring resolution within agreed timescales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ideally a qualified Finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified though a minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial reporting
• Demonstrate the right values and behaviours and encouraging this in team members
• Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross multiple finance teams
• Line management experience
