About The Role

Join our Embedded Finance design team as a UX Designer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll have the opportunity to define and enhance the user journey for our business customers, balancing their needs with business requirements. You'll be responsible for crafting the end-to-end user experience, bringing designs to life with prototyping software, and advocating for inclusive and accessible design.   • Craft the end-to-end user experience, bringing together a cohesive journey step by step, creatively using components from a central design system.
  • Gather user research and rationale to align customers on individual user needs, balancing business requirements with user needs.
  • Work collaboratively alongside a full design team and take full ownership of the design output, adapting designs based on feedback.
  • You’ll be confident when presenting your work to collaborators, and able to adapt designs to reflect their feedback and feedback from user research and usability testing
  • We’re looking for someone who can work collaboratively alongside a full design team and take full ownership of their design output
  • Minimum 5 years experience within User Experience design/Interaction Design
  • Strong experience as an Interaction Designer, UX Designer (or possibly from a Visual Design background)
  • Excellent prototyping and layout skills which they can articulate clearly to internal customers and development teams
  • Familiarity working in a complex landscape – ideally, you’ll have experience in financial services
  • Full ownership of the Interaction Design project
  • Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative research, and how this informs the interaction design process. We have dedicated user research teams supporting designers on real data, providing a great wealth of customer insights
  • A collaborative attitude to work closely and quickly with a multi-disciplinary team
  • Comfortable using existing design systems, proactively recommending new ways to improve and extend them to benefit both the project and other designers
