Release Manager (M/W)

Join Meritis, an IT consulting and development firm, as a Release Manager. You will be responsible for managing application releases, designing and maintaining infrastructure and tools, promoting collaboration between development and operational teams, and automating operational tasks. You should have experience in software development, CI/CD, and DevOps concepts, as well as familiarity with various development tools and environments.

• Assurer la surveillance et la gestion des versions d'application, et coordonner avec les analystes commerciaux et l'équipe de direction.
• Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et maintenir des infrastructures et des outils fiables pour le développement et le déploiement d'applications.
• Promouvoir un environnement collaboratif entre les équipes de développement et opérationnelles tout au long du cycle de vie de l'application.

**Technical skills**

• Java, Angular, Spring, C++, Linux, SQL, Hadoop,
• Solid experience in software development, CI/CD, TDD,
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming,
• In-depth understanding of the application runtime environment (process, memory…),
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts,
• Development tools and environment : Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker, Control-M, XL Deploy,
• Ability to work in an agile environment,
• Past experiences in Unix environment with a Big Data storage system (Hadoop).

**Soft skills**

• Ability to respond quickly to requests from your team in the case of bugs/PROD support,
• Ability to work on various corrective and evolutionary maintenance tasks like the whole team.
