Technical Support Analyst (M/W)

• Support developers in the configuration and use of DevOps tools, ensuring adherence to best practices and procedures.
• Participate in the integration of components, services, and software on DEV/UAT/PROD servers, working closely with developers.
• Enhance monitoring tools and perform log analysis to identify process errors and improve system performance.

**Technical Skills**

• Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments,
• Mastery of scripting languages: Bash, Powershell, Python,
• Proficiency in DevOps tools: Jenkins, Git, XLDeploy, XLRelease,
• Knowledge of monitoring tools,
• Knowledge of SQL.
