About The Role

Join our fast-paced startup as the Director of Finance & Business Operations. In this role, you will be the financial backbone of the organization, responsible for forecasting, budgeting, cash management, reporting, HR operations, and supporting the company's growth across various revenue streams. You will work closely with the COO, CEO, investors, and department leaders, and will have a significant impact on the company's success.

3+ years in a leadership role within a high-growth technology company
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Experience supporting board reporting and executive leadership teams
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and recurring revenue businesses
Strong FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Experience in robotics, automation, industrial technology, or enterprise software
US Citizen or GC holder - no H1B visa
Knowledge of SaaS, Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS), and capital equipment (CapEx) business models
8+ years of progressive finance experience
CPA, MBA, or equivalent financial qualification
Startup experience from Series A through growth-stage companies
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and financial planning systems
