In this role, you will lead a team of talented developers, manage project execution, and collaborate closely with product designers and developers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, with code deployed multiple times a day, and be based in our Warsaw office.

Lead a development team by recruiting top talents, mentoring, building processes, and fostering an engineering culture.
Centralize the team's activities, including new feature development, automation, testing, bugs management, and planning iterations in an Agile environment.
