Head of Workplace Operations

Join <monday.com> as the Head of Workplace Operations, Americas. In this role, you will lead Workplace Operations across the Americas region, manage the day-to-day operations of the New York headquarters, and oversee all regional Workplace activities. You will also develop and implement Workplace strategies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Workplace Operations, strong people management skills, and a strategic mindset.

• Lead all Workplace Operations across the Americas region, ensuring operational excellence across multiple offices.
• Own the day-to-day operations of the New York headquarters while overseeing all regional Workplace activities.
• Manage and develop Office Managers and Workplace teams, providing leadership, coaching, and career development.
