As a Senior Compensation Manager, you will be the primary compensation partner for our Revenue organization, ensuring competitive, market-aligned, and equitable pay practices. You will shape the structure of Sales compensation, work closely with various departments, and support annual compensation cycles. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards, experience supporting Sales organizations in a SaaS or high-growth tech company, and strong analytical skills.

Lead benchmarking and market pricing for all Sales roles, ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices.
Define and review pay mix guardrails aligned with the company's compensation philosophy, ensuring internal equity across levels, segments, and regions.
Support annual compensation cycles for the Sales organization, providing data-driven insights on competitiveness and hiring positioning.
