About The Role

In this role, you will architect and build next-generation internal tooling, partner with engineering teams to define and monitor SLIs and SLOs, and lead complex service re-architecture initiatives. You will have the opportunity to shape architecture, mentor others, and make a lasting impact in the field of AI-driven infrastructure.

Architect and build next-generation internal tooling leveraging AI and LLMs to drive automated reliability, system resilience, and intelligent incident response.
Partner with engineering teams to define and monitor business-aligned SLIs and SLOs, and maintain a macro-level understanding of service architecture.
Lead complex service re-architecture initiatives across R&D groups to maximize system uptime and fault tolerance, and establish high-quality production standards for new services.
