COO Italy

Join our team as the COO Italy, where you will play a key role in structuring and accelerating growth in the Italian market. You will oversee the full lifecycle of solar PV projects, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and act as a key relay and right hand to the Managing Director. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the renewable energy sector.

• Support the Managing Director in defining and executing the commercial strategy for the Italian market, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of solar PV projects in Italy, ensuring effective coordination between development, engineering, and construction teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, representing the company in high-level meetings and negotiations.
• Master’s degree in engineering, with specialization in energy
• 5-8 years’ experience in renewable energy, preferably solar PV
• Proven experience in the Italian market
• Strong experience in project development, construction or operations
• Strong knowledge of Italian regulatory framework
• Project management and execution skills
• Financial and commercial acumen
• Fluent in Italian and English, French would be a plus
