Junior PV Developer - Italy

Join GENERALE DU SOLAIRE, a leading player in the renewable energy sector. As a Junior PV Developer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the development of assigned solar projects in Italy. You will work closely with the development and construction teams, coordinate project management, and engage with various stakeholders. This is a full-time position based in Milan, Italy.

• Identificare e valutare le opportunità di sviluppo fotovoltaico per il mercato italiano, partecipare alle attività di due diligence e sviluppare soluzioni tecniche necessarie per i progetti.
• Gestire il processo di sviluppo complessivo, dalla identificazione del progetto alla costruzione, coordinando la gestione del progetto e collaborando con il team di costruzione.
• Essere aggiornato sulla legislazione pertinente e sul mercato in generale, agendo sempre in modo professionale e come ambasciatore per l'azienda.
• Electrical / Energy / Industrial engineer with at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Strong knowledge of solar projects and PV equipment (their interactions within a system, grid connections, etc)
• An adoptable mindset, good problem-solving ability and ability to build relationships due to ever changing conditions and the need to communicate with a variety of stakeholders;
• Quality-oriented, you are able to monitor the outputs in all phases of the projects
• Team player, you can work along different teams within the company
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluent in Italian and English, French would be a plus
