Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Join Hims & Hers, a remote-first company, as a Financial Analyst in our Strategic Finance organization. In this role, you will support consolidated planning and reporting deliverables, help build and maintain the company's core financial models, and contribute to executive- and Board-facing materials. • Contribuer à la construction et à la maintenance des modèles financiers de l'entreprise, y compris le plan opérationnel annuel, le plan à long terme et les cycles de prévision mensuels.
• Soutenir les mécanismes du cycle de prévision, y compris l'intégration des données, les mises à jour du modèle et l'analyse des écarts, qui alimentent les résultats consolidés.
• Participer à la préparation des livrables financiers destinés aux dirigeants, y compris la revue hebdomadaire des affaires, la revue mensuelle des dépenses d'exploitation et les matériaux trimestriels pour le conseil d'administration.
• Ability to manipulate large datasets
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask
• B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate analyses into clear, structured narratives
• 2+ years of experience in analytical financial roles such as strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, and/or consulting
• Strong financial modeling skills, comfortable building multi-scenario P&Ls and supporting models from scratch
