Manager of International Accounting

Join Hims & Hers, a fast-paced, high-growth company, as the Manager of International Accounting. In this role, you will oversee all US GAAP accounting activities for a recent international acquisition, manage the month-end close process, and assist with US GAAP to local GAAP adjustments. You will also play a key role in expanding into new international markets and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across all international operations.

• Oversee all US GAAP accounting activities for a recent international acquisition, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage the month-end close process, including reviewing account reconciliations, posting adjusting journal entries, and consolidating into the Hims & Hers’ instance of NetSuite.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members supporting both the US GAAP and local accounting, and lead process improvements.
• Proven experience managing international entities and working across multiple currencies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in both remote and in-person settings
• 7+ years of experience in accounting. Big-4 experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• CPA or active progress toward CPA certification is strongly preferred
• Strong critical thinking, organization, and attention to detail
• Prior experience in a public company environment and with SOX compliance preferred
• Strong US GAAP experience; exposure to IFRS or other non-US GAAP accounting standards is strongly preferred
• BA or BS degree in Accounting
• Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency (NetSuite experience a plus)
