Manager of Legal Operations

Join our team as the Manager of Legal Operations, where you will play a critical role in scaling and optimizing the operations of our Legal team. You will own the legal department budget, oversee outside counsel management, and drive continuous improvement and efficiency. This is a hands-on role for a strong operator who thrives on building processes, managing systems, and creating actionable insights through data and reporting.

• This is a hands-on role for a strong operator who thrives on building processes, managing systems, and creating actionable insights through data and reporting
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• 2+ years working in or closely with an in-house legal team with a demonstrated understanding of outside counsel management, e-billing, and financial management (global experience is a plus)
• Strong technical acumen and comfort with legal tech and process implementation, administration, and adoption
• Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across teams
• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, legal project management, or a related function
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from initiation through execution, with strong change management skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a track record of improving processes and delivering measurable results
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Analytical mindset with experience turning data into insights and actionable recommendations
• Hands-on experience with e-billing technology (Brightflag preferred) and familiarity with matter management tools
