Senior Financial Analyst (Operations Finance)

Join Hims & Hers, a rapidly scaling telehealth company, as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting Operations Finance. In this role, you will be the primary finance partner for pharmaceutical manufacturing costs, packaging, and R&D. You will work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D leadership to drive cost transparency, margin insights, and disciplined investment decisions. This is not a purely reporting-focused FP&A role, and you will tackle many problems that do not have predefined frameworks or clean data. You will report to the Sr. Finance Manager, Operations Finance.

• Prior SQL, Python, or Looker experience is a plus
• 4+ years of experience in Finance or a related analytic field
• B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
• Keen eye for efficiency and detail
• Track record of delivering results through collaboration with stakeholders
• Strong sense of ownership, bias for action, grit, and desire to win
• 4+ years of experience manipulating large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets
