Senior Technical Sourcer

Join Hims & Hers as a Senior Technical Sourcer, where you'll be responsible for scaling Engineering and Product Management teams. You'll design and run sourcing strategies, deliver diverse candidate pipelines, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. This is a full-time, six-month contract position with competitive salary and benefits, including generous PTO, full healthcare coverage, and a remote work option.

• Proactivement sourcer et engager des talents passifs en utilisant des techniques de recherche avancées, y compris la recherche booléenne, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub/GitLab.
• Experience building top-of-funnel strategies and research approaches to uncover hidden talent pools
• Strength in multitasking and prioritization in a fast‑paced environment; low‑ego collaborator aligned to our values and candidate‑experience standards
• Ability to leverage metrics and insights to refine strategies and tell a clear story with data
• Proficiency with sourcing and recruiting tools (Ashby, LinkedIn, GitHub, Gem, and others)
• 2+ years sourcing senior leaders (Sr. Manager through Director+)
• Experience using LLMs (e.g., Claude) for automation, outreach personalization, and research - comfortable building prompts, streamlining repetitive tasks, and integrating AI tools into day-to-day sourcing work
• A proven track record sourcing across Engineering (full stack, backend, platform) and Product Management
• Expertise managing pipelines end‑to‑end from identification and cultivation through long‑term nurturing
• 8+ years of technical sourcing experience, either in-house or in combination with agency/search, across Engineering and Product Management roles
