Staff Accountant (International)

Join Hims & Hers, a fast-paced, high-growth telehealth company. As a Staff Accountant, International, you will assist with US GAAP consolidation, month-end close, and local GAAP adjustments. You will work closely with various teams to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting across all international operations. • Participer à la recherche et à la compréhension des exigences de reporting lors de l'expansion de l'entreprise sur de nouveaux marchés internationaux.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes FP&A, Fiscalité, Consolidations, et Comptabilité des Revenus pour assurer un reporting financier précis et conforme.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow within the revenue accounting function
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• CPA track is strongly preferred
• Experience supporting month-end close and preparing account reconciliations
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus)
• Foundational understanding of U.S. GAAP; exposure to IFRS is preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience; Big 4 public accounting is strongly preferred
• BA or BS degree in Accounting
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
