Legal Counsel — Strategic Partnerships & Commercial Contracting

Join Intropic, a leading company in index rebalance intelligence. As a Legal Counsel, you will support negotiations and contracting with customers and data suppliers. This is a commercially minded legal role, focused on high-impact work. You will negotiate and draft commercial agreements, apply negotiation techniques, build contracting playbooks, and represent Intropic externally. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Law, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Experience in the legal or commercial team of a financial data/analytics business is a plus.

• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements across the full range: order forms, master/framework agreements, data licensing agreements, and NDAs.
• Apply and develop negotiation techniques and economic principles to construct mutually beneficial deals.
• Build and refine contracting playbooks and template agreements using the latest AI tooling and platforms.
