AI Engineering Manager (Core AI Platform)

Join Front, a customer operations platform designed for B2B complexity. As an AI Engineering Manager, you will lead the Core AI Platform team, responsible for building and maintaining foundational AI infrastructure, enabling product feature teams to ship AI-powered experiences, and pushing the frontier on AI techniques and tooling. You will manage a team of senior AI engineers, guide strategic AI investments, and drive architectural decisions on AI infrastructure.

• Responsable de la construcción y el mantenimiento de la infraestructura de IA fundamental, incluyendo integraciones de LLM, pipelines de RAG y sistemas de evaluación.
