Head of Product Design

Join Front, a leading customer operations platform for B2B complexity. As the Head of Product Design, you will lead the Product Design team, elevate the craft and impact of design, and shape the user experience of Front's core workflows. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership, drive alignment and decision-making, and establish a strong operating cadence. This is a senior design leadership role with a focus on quality, clarity, and outcomes.

• Lead and develop a team of product designers, setting clear expectations and coaching to raise the craft bar.
