Senior Product Manager - AI

Join Front, a customer operations platform designed for B2B complexity. As a Senior Product Manager on the Copilot team, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the AI assistant product embedded in Front's inbox. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and drive clarity and alignment among key stakeholders. The role requires 7+ years of experience in product management, strong design thinking and systems thinking skills, excellent product intuition, and a demonstrated fluency with AI.

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Front’s Copilot product, and make high-judgment decisions on priorities, tradeoffs, and sequencing to maximize impact.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data, market and user research, and strong product intuition to identify and prioritize opportunities to continuously improve the product.
• Lead end-to-end product development from problem definition through launch and iteration, partnering deeply with engineering and design to drive outcomes.
