Senior Software Engineer (Backend), Foundation

Join Front, a customer operations platform designed for B2B complexity. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Foundations team, you'll build and maintain shared backend frameworks, libraries, and internal tooling used by engineering teams across Front. You'll design and implement systems with a strong emphasis on reliability, observability, and performance, and collaborate closely with other engineering teams to understand their pain points and drive adoption of new frameworks. This role offers the opportunity to heavily influence Front's backend architecture and the patterns used by the entire engineering organization.

• Construire et maintenir des frameworks backend partagés, des bibliothèques et des outils internes utilisés par les équipes d'ingénierie.
• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des systèmes avec un fort accent sur la fiabilité, l'observabilité et la performance, y compris notre file d'attente de tâches, notre cadre de travaux par lots, notre ORM de base de données.
