As the Senior Experience Strategy & Implementation Manager, you will lead the implementation of new employer programs, ensuring measurable ROI for clients and personalized support for employees. You will design tailored implementation plans, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and analyze performance data to drive user adoption. Lead the end-to-end implementation of new client deployments, from kickoff to launch, ensuring tailored implementation plans align with each employer’s needs.
Design platform configurations and directory customization plans that reflect each client’s brand, culture, and priorities, and lead discovery conversations to translate workforce challenges into actionable solutions.
Implement and refine activation tactics to drive user adoption, analyze client performance data and user feedback to identify early wins and opportunities for improvement.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
Willingness to travel 20–30% as needed
Comfort in high-growth, resource-constrained environments where speed and adaptability matter
A process mindset—you don’t just get things done; you make it easier to get them done again
Master’s degree in Business or related field a plus
5+ years of experience in client implementation, consulting, or program management
Experience navigating enterprise client relationships and driving strategic alignment with senior executives
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with tight timelines and high stakes
Experience in HR Tech, workforce transformation, or digital health strongly preferred
