Growth Intern (Merantix AI Campus)

Join Merantix AI Campus as a Growth Intern, where you'll play a key role in building a community-first organization at the forefront of AI. You'll work closely with the growth and marketing teams, strengthen relationships with leading AI startups and industry leaders, shape event topics, and create compelling content for a global audience. This position is based in Berlin and requires prior experience in a similar environment, strong multitasking and communication skills, and a passion for entrepreneurship and AI.

• Assisting in the growth and development of the Merantix AI Campus by executing high-impact growth projects.
• Creating compelling and strategic content to amplify the voice of the AI ecosystem and showcase meaningful work.
• Strengthening relationships with leading AI startups, infrastructure companies, investors, and industry leaders.
• Based in Berlin
• Have previously at least done one internships in a similar environment
• Excel at multitasking, prioritizing, and proactively finding creative solutions to drive results
• You are experienced with common design and production tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, AfterEffects, Canva, Figma, etc; and
• You have solid knowledge of marketing, content creation, graphic design, social media, or video production
• Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, with an in-depth attention to detail
• Driven by entrepreneurship and possess a growth mindset
• You are comfortable navigating and discussing topics related to AI and innovation, and are curious to dive deeper into the space
