Strategy & Operations Intern (Merantix AI Campus)

Join Merantix AI Campus as a Strategy & Operations Intern. You'll be at the forefront of expanding our community, owning growth projects from start to finish, and working closely with our growth and marketing team. This is a full-time, 6-month internship based in Berlin.

• Identifying and engaging with startups and partners to expand the ecosystem.
• Executing and managing high-impact growth projects, including lead identification and CRM management.
• Strengthening relationships with leading AI startups and industry leaders, and shaping the topics of events and initiatives.
• We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial mind to join us growing the Merantix AI Campus
• Experience with CRM tools, lead generation, or growth/sales operations
• Familiarity with marketing or content tools such as Canva, social media platforms, or similar
• Curious about AI and innovation, and happy navigating those conversations with founders and investors
• A previous internship in a similar fast-paced or startup environment
• Based in Berlin and available full-time for ideally 6 months
• Entrepreneurial, with a growth mindset and the confidence to own projects
• Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing across a lot of moving pieces at once
