Accounts Payable Manager

Join FIGS, a fast-growing e-commerce company, as an Accounts Payable Manager. In this cross-functional role, you will manage all activities and operations in the accounts payable organization, coach and mentor staff, and ensure adherence to company guidelines. You will work closely with multiple teams, including finance, accounting, HR, marketing, production, and operations. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of accounts payable experience, strong command of ERP systems, and a proven track record of improving AP processes.

• Assurer la gestion des activités et des opérations de l'organisation des comptes fournisseurs, y compris la supervision et le mentorat du personnel.
• Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs et la mise en œuvre de la conformité des fournisseurs, en veillant à ce que tous les fournisseurs aient fourni la documentation appropriée.
• Analyser les factures et les rapports de dépenses pour en vérifier l'exactitude et l'éligibilité au paiement, et travailler avec tous les départements pour garantir que le soutien à la réception est correctement saisi.
• The ideal candidate has experience with Coupa and Netsuite or a similar ERP and 5-7 years of accounts payable experience at fast-growing companies
• A strong command of accounts payable, ERP systems, AP Automation and an analytical mindset; we’re numbers people first
• Positive attitude, proven work ethic and integrity
• E-commerce, consumer products or retail experience, a plus
• Advanced experience in Coupa including Coupa Pay and InvoiceSmash
• Experience managing and developing accounts payable teams and a proven track record of improving AP processes
• Someone who can take a task from 0 to 100 without a lot of direction; make it happen
• An interest and curiosity about e-commerce business drivers; go beyond the numbers and understand the business
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with various internal teams, external accountants, vendors, and upper management
• An unrelenting attention to detail; you hate making mistakes
• Strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
• 5-7 years of experience in accounts payable oversight at a fast-growing company
