Support the community team in ambassador initiatives, event planning, and product launches.
Aid in content creation for community-specific social media platforms and inboxes.
Assist with digital design and content creation needs, and support threads for charitable giving efforts.
Positive attitude
Self-driven, positive and able to manage multiple projects at once
General understanding of the healthcare space, and willingness to learn more
Proven work ethic and integrity
Self starter, articulate written & verbal communication skills, social, adaptable
Familiarity with digital creator space, specifically: Instagram, Tik Tok, and Youtube
Interest in influencer marketing and relationship management
Desire to excel and grow with FIGS
2+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing
Experience communicating clearly and effectively via email, phone and social media
Experience with reporting on influencer marketing campaigns and related efforts
Aspiration to create change and make an immediate impact
Entrepreneurial spirit and egoless nature
Understanding of Excel, Shopify, CreatorIQ and other social reporting tools a plus
