Senior Analyst (Total Rewards and People Analytics)

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses, support salary structure maintenance, and partner with Talent Acquisition on compensation recommendations.
• Drive compensation analysis, equity forecasting, workforce planning, organizational modeling, and people analytics to inform executive decision-making.
• Develop executive dashboards and workforce reporting, analyze trends related to hiring, retention, turnover, and deliver insights that inform business and talent decisions.
• The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building complex workforce models, conducting compensation analyses, forecasting headcount needs, and translating data into actionable insights
• Advanced Excel skills and demonstrated experience building complex workforce and financial models
• Experience partnering with Finance and Talent Acquisition leaders preferred
• Experience with workforce planning, forecasting, or headcount modeling
• Strong analytical storytelling and ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations
• Experience with compensation benchmarking and compensation analysis
• Experience with Planful or similar planning platforms strongly preferred
• 4+ years of experience in Compensation, Workforce Planning, People Analytics, or a related analytical function
