Senior Application Security Engineer

Join PayFit, a leading European payroll and HRIS solution for SMBs. As a Senior Application Security Engineer, you'll work closely with product engineering teams to embed security into the software development lifecycle, drive offensive testing, and build and operate AppSec tooling. You'll also mentor other members of the security team and handle vulnerabilities and incidents. This is a senior individual contributor role with strong influence, and you'll have the opportunity to work remotely from France or Spain.

• Shift security left across the SDLC by embedding security into the software development process, partnering with product teams from design to deployment.
• Drive offensive testing of applications, including using AI to enhance testing capabilities, and turn findings into actionable remediation plans.
• Build and operate application security tooling, deploying and maintaining security tooling across CI/CD pipelines, and automating security processes.
