Applied AI Engineer

Join our team as an Applied AI Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in the research, experimentation, and rapid improvement of AI systems. You will design experiments, optimize key internal AI benchmarks, and train and fine-tune machine learning models. Additionally, you will collaborate on core product development, set up observability and monitoring systems, and contribute to the deployment and scaling of AI automations in mission-critical production environments. A strong proficiency in software engineering fundamentals and a background in computer science or machine learning is required.

• Participer activement à la recherche, à l'expérimentation et à l'amélioration rapide des systèmes d'IA pour construire une plateforme d'automatisation IA capable et fiable.
• Concevoir des expériences et tester des idées pour optimiser les benchmarks internes de l'IA, ainsi que concevoir et améliorer les cadres d'évaluation.
• Collaborer au développement du produit principal pour améliorer les capacités de la plateforme et mettre en place des systèmes d'observabilité et de surveillance.
• Experience shipping ML models to production
• You are expected to have a strong proficiency in fundamentals of software engineering, a willingness to pick new concepts as needed and an ability to drive technical projects in ambitious environments
• Solid fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, system design
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality code in challenging projects
• Attention to detail and a first-principals thinking towards real world deployment of intelligent systems
• Previous experience working with distributed computing systems in production
