Mid Market Account Executive (Expansion)

In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts, managing existing accounts, and exceeding sales targets. You should have experience in consultative sales processes, SaaS sales, and working with mid-size to large companies. • Travailler sur tous les nouveaux leads commerciaux pour le marché intermédiaire (entreprises de 300 à 1 000 employés).
• Atteindre et dépasser de manière constante les objectifs de pipeline et de ventes en convertissant les essais gratuits, les leads qualifiés par le marketing ou les demandes de démonstration en clients payants.
• Maîtriser le produit et être capable de répondre aux questions de service client et de produit de vos prospects.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• 2-4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in all sales cycles, from converting net new prospects to growing and retaining existing customers
• 2-4 years of SaaS sales cycle experience
• Experience with completing and leading Requests for Information or Requests for Quotes
• Process-driven with diligent attention to detail
• Experience with e-commerce signup flows and field sales
• Experience with project management software or other productivity tools
• Experience with Salesforce, and Outreach
• Some exposure to Customer Service and Technical Support processes, and sending responses quickly
• You prefer building rapport with customers over annoying, aggressive sales tactics
