Senior Product Designer

• Concevoir et prototyper des flux de collaboration, des interactions et des logiques en utilisant des outils d'IA pour une itération rapide.
• Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour définir la stratégie produit et la feuille de route de l'expérience de collaboration.
• Effectuer des recherches utilisateur pour obtenir des informations approfondies sur les comportements, les points de douleur et les besoins des utilisateurs.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Origami
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of successfully designing and launching impactful collaboration experiences
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on collaboration or communication products
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Fluent with AI tools in your day-to-day design practice. You have hands-on familiarity with agentic coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor and use them to move faster, & produce higher quality work
• Ability to think strategically and translate user insights into innovative design solutions
