About The Role

Join Sovrn, a leading company in the programmatic advertising industry. As a Demand Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing partner integrations, driving demand growth, and enhancing Sovrn's curation business. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for demand-side platforms (DSPs), manage the onboarding process for new partners, analyze partner performance, and collaborate with various teams to improve operational processes.   • Surveiller et analyser la performance des partenaires, identifier les tendances et les opportunités d'optimisation pour améliorer les dépenses, les revenus et l'efficacité.

  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, SSPs, DSPs, and related technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills, with a proven track record of championing customer needs and driving customer satisfaction
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of DSP integrations and exchange platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical account management role, preferably at an SSP or Curation business
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets (Vlookups, Formulas, pivot tables, etc)
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) is a plus
  • Demonstrates fluency in AI tools to improve productivity, analyze data, automate workflows, solve problems, and drive operational efficiencies
  • Internet savvy and strong proficiency in office productivity tools (Gmail, Google Apps, Confluence/JIRA, Salesforce CRM)
  • Ability to read, organize, and analyze large data sets to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations
  • You proactively recognize and act on opportunities while supporting clients. Above all, you love learning and sharing what you know
