Head of AI

Join Maze, an AI-native vulnerability management platform, as the Head of AI. In this hands-on leadership role, you will set the AI research and implementation strategy for the entire company, focusing on improving the performance of our autonomous investigation agents. You will lead a small AI team, work closely with the ML tech lead and product teams, and have a direct impact on the company's AI trajectory.

• Own AI strategy and research direction, setting the technical roadmap for AI capabilities.
• Build and run frameworks to evaluate the quality and improvement of investigation agents.
• Prototype new techniques, get them into the product, and measure the impact.
