Security Research Lead

Join Maze, a well-funded Series A startup at the intersection of generative AI and cybersecurity. As the Security Research Lead, you will shape our products and how our AI understands real risk. You will define methodologies for vulnerability research, validate and contextualize threats, and work closely with our AI/ML, product, and engineering teams. You will also amplify our work externally, surface novel vulnerabilities, and build research narratives that earn real reach. This role is perfect for a security researcher with deep knowledge of cloud and application security who is ready to step up and lead a small research team.

• Definir las metodologías que separan el riesgo crítico del ruido, validar y contextualizar las amenazas que nuestra IA identifica.
• Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de IA/ML, producto e ingeniería para convertir los hallazgos en capacidades que superen a la competencia.
• Supervisar y desarrollar un equipo de investigación, estableciendo la dirección, los estándares y las metodologías para la investigación de amenazas de seguridad.
