AI Product Manager

Join our team as an AI Product Manager and shape the future of agentic AI within our Agentic Process Automation platform. In this hands-on, high-impact role, you will translate fast-moving AI capabilities into commercially valuable products for the enterprise. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, define and execute the roadmap, work closely with customers and partners, and collaborate with engineering, design, research, and go-to-market teams. This role requires strong product instincts, deep technical curiosity, and the ability to move fluidly between strategy and execution.

• Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for your areas — from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Defining and executing the roadmap for computer-use capabilities and emerging agent harnesses within the broader AI platform.
• Working directly with customers, partners and prospects to uncover pain points, validate hypotheses, get feedback and build deep domain intuition.

• Background in enterprise software, automation platforms, or developer tooling
• Demonstrated experience taking a technical product from concept to launch (0-to-1, end-to-end
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a PM for Generative AI, Agentic AI, or Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong product sense for turning complex, ambiguous problems into clear, delightful product experiences; and equally comfortable in strategic discussions and deep execution details
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical domain. Master's degree in a technology or business-related field a plus
• 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, with a meaningful focus on AI products
• Experience prototyping with emerging AI and agent-based technologies — you've actually built things, even if scrappily
• Solid understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, computer-use agents, agent harnesses, and AI evaluation methodologies; direct hands-on experience is a strong advantage
• Proven track record of working effectively across engineering, UX, sales, and marketing to get details distributed
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message for both technical and non-technical audience
