Account Manager (Benelux)

Join Virtuagym, a fast-growing company in the health and fitness industry. As an Account Manager for the Benelux region, you will build strong commercial relationships with existing customers, identify opportunities for expansion, and advise on relevant products and upgrades. You will lead renewal and upsell conversations, deliver tailored product demonstrations, negotiate agreements, and manage your pipeline in Salesforce. This role requires fluency in Dutch and English, experience in sales or account management, and a customer-focused approach. • Bouwen van sterke commerciële relaties met bestaande klanten en identificeren van kansen om het gebruik van Virtuagym uit te breiden.
• Adviseren van klanten over relevante modules, betalingsoplossingen en platformupgrades, en het leiden van gesprekken over verlengingen, upselling en cross-selling.
• Beheren van uw pijplijn en prestaties in Salesforce, en samenwerken met Customer Success om retentie te ondersteunen en churn te verminderen.
• Experience in SaaS, consultative selling and/or a B2B environment
• Confidence communicating by phone, video and in presentations
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• A customer-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
• Experience in sales or account management
• A proactive, organised and results-oriented mindset
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• An understanding of the health and fitness industry
