Customer Service Consultant (German Speaker)

• Provide exceptional support to German and English-speaking European customers, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and success.
• Investigate and resolve system issues collaboratively with the product department, delivering efficient and effective customer support.
• Build and nurture customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty, addressing churn risks and cancellations.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a knack for finding solutions
• Structured, and organized, with good time management and attention to detail
