Customer Success Onboarding Consultant (Spain & International)

With a focus on helping customers see value in our product quickly, you'll host 1:1 consulting sessions and proactively reach out to ensure goals are met. • As a Customer Onboarding Consultant, you will be responsible for the onboarding of your own portfolio of starting clients, advising them in the software implementation from A to Z.
• You will engage and motivate clients to use the software, ensuring they see value in the product as soon as possible.
• You will proactively reach out to clients to ensure their goals are met in a timely manner, contributing to customer retention.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (Native)
• You feel comfortable working with a lot of freedom and autonomy, ready to take responsibility and are ready to thrive working remotely
• You’re a fast learner and tech savvy

• Prior experience with managing client communication, from call center, hospitality, events
