IT Support Specialist

Join Virtuagym, a leading provider of fitness and health solutions, as a Junior IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide day-to-day IT support to our international team, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and contribute to improving our internal systems and processes. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates looking to start their professional IT career. You will gain hands-on experience with IT support, hardware, software, access management, automation, and security while working closely with colleagues across the organization.

• Provide first-line IT support to colleagues experiencing hardware, software, account, or connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and ensure incidents are resolved or escalated appropriately.
• Assist with updates, configurations, and the general maintenance of our IT infrastructure, and help automate processes using scripts.
• Professional working proficiency in English

• A proactive, organised and self-motivated attitude
• An interest in automation and a willingness to learn scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
• Familiarity with Windows and preferably macOS
• A completed MBO 4 or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, System Administration or a related field
• A service-oriented mindset and the ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical colleagues
• You like getting things done, taking ownership and are not afraid to get your hands dirty when needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Some practical experience with IT support, system administration or technical troubleshooting, gained through a previous job, internship, traineeship, side job or personal projects
