Solutions Engineer (Americas)

• Créer et architecturer des solutions techniques qui répondent aux objectifs des clients et respectent les réglementations.
• Fournir un support technique de niveau 2 après-vente et servir de point de contact pour les questions d'intégration API.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Produit, Ingénierie, Réglementation et Conformité, et Succès Client pour garantir que notre plateforme permet aux clients de répondre aux exigences réglementaires.
• 4+ years' experience in customer-facing technical roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS
• Comfortable reading code and querying data
• Proficient problem-solving skills (you are a natural-born troubleshooter)
• Customer-first attitude
• Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and establishing clear accountabilities for success
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and web technologies
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, low-ego environment
• Previous experience within the regtech/fintech or virtual asset sector
• Prior experience working with financial institutions and AML controls
• Prior experience in payments
• Familiarity with established privacy and security standards and frameworks, such as SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR
