About The Role
Join MPB, a growing brand in the photography and videography industry, as a Marketing Manager. In this role, you will execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, coordinate campaign activity, track performance, manage budgets, and monitor market trends. You will also create consumer-focused content, support campaign execution, and provide insights based on performance data. This is a hands-on role for someone creative, organized, and commercially minded, with a passion for photography and filmmaking.
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, coordinating activities and ensuring consistent messaging.
- Track campaign performance, provide reporting and recommendations for improvement, and co-manage marketing budgets.
- Collaborate with creators, influencers, and internal creative teams to deliver brand-aligned content, and support content calendars.

- This is a hands-on role for someone creative, organized, and commercially minded, with experience in social-first content and multi-channel campaigns
- You’ll also be curious about how AI, automation, and marketing technology can help make marketing faster, smarter, and more impactful
- Proven marketing experience across campaigns, social media, content, or events
- Familiarity with marketing operations, reporting tools, CRM, or marketing automation platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curious and adaptable: comfortable experimenting with new tools and approaches, learning quickly, and helping the team evolve its ways of working
- Passion for photography, filmmaking, and creator culture preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred
- Experience concepting, briefing, and producing content for social, including hands-on familiarity with editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Edits)
- Experience using AI tools across marketing workflows, including the judgment to evaluate output, spot model limitations, and decide when human review is needed
- Strong organizational and project management skills
