Product Owner (B2B SaaS)

Join our fast-growing B2B SaaS company as a Product Owner. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our product team, responsible for creating, prioritizing, and maintaining user stories and acceptance criteria. You will work closely with engineering teams, manage cycle planning, support delivery, analyze usage data, and optimize existing processes. You will also communicate proactively with business stakeholders and support go-to-market preparation. A strong sense of what great product work looks like and experience in product management or a similar role is required.

• Bringing clarity and control to the product development process by establishing clear processes, clean cycles, and effective communication within the team.
• Collaborating closely with engineering teams to create, prioritize, and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that requirements are clear and technically feasible.
• Analyzing usage data, error sources, and KPIs to make product success measurable and continuously improve, while also optimizing existing processes and implementing AI-supported automations.
• You enjoy working with engineers and know what they need from a good PO: clear requirements, fast decisions, no unnecessary distractions
• Bonus: You have experience with AI tools for automation, analysis or process optimisation
• You don’t let ambiguity sit. You get answers, make decisions and see things through
• You have a high quality bar. Features that only half-work don’t get shipped
• You speak fluent English (must have); German is a plus
• You get up to speed on products and processes quickly and thoroughly – you’re the person who needs to know the tool inside-out
• Bonus: You have an interest in topics like sustainability, supply chain and circular economy
• You have first experience in product management or a similar role, e.g. as PO, BA, Scrum Master in a product team. More important than years of experience is having a strong sense of what great product work looks like
