People Partner (Spanish Speaker)

Join our team as a People Partner, where you will support various human resource functions and act as the first point of contact for all employee-related issues. You will conduct employee investigations, ensure compliance with wage/hour laws, manage the performance management process, and provide support to managers on employee-related issues. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Act as the first point of contact for all employee-related issues, including harassment, wage & hour concerns, leaves of absence, injuries, onboarding, terminations, attendance, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct employee investigations, gather witness statements, and make recommendations regarding the next steps.
• Manage company-wide performance management process, including Performance Improvement Plans and corrective actions.
• HR Certification (PHR/SPHR) is highly desired
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university with or 7-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
