Director of Insights (Riftbound)

Join Riot Games as the Director of Insights for Riftbound, where you'll lead the Insights discipline and ensure the game is data-informed in all areas. • Lead the Insights discipline for Riftbound, ensuring that data-informed decision-making is integrated into all aspects of the game.
• Serve as a critical advisor for Riftbound’s leadership team, providing insights and recommendations around engagement, retention, monetization, and player experience.
• Develop and implement the vision, roadmap, and operational strategy for the Insights team, ensuring high-value outcomes and effective integration with other teams.
• 10+ years of professional experience in data analytics, research, business strategy, management consulting, product management, or related experience
• Professional experience working on games, with knowledge of development practices and practical considerations involved in making and publishing games
• Professional experience with TCGs
• Professional experience working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
• Professional experience with a range of game publishing activities, including performance marketing, funnel optimization, regional marketing, etc
• Professional experience managing managers
• Knowledge of game lifecycle and game economy considerations
• Professional experience working in both analytics and research, with 6+ years specializing in at least one
• 5+ years of professional experience managing individuals and teams
