Sr. Director Brand Marketing - Europe

Join Match Group, a leading provider of dating products worldwide. As the Senior Director of Brand Marketing for Europe, you will lead brand marketing strategy and execution, drive European marketing plans, and ensure consistency in brand positioning across markets. You will also manage an internal creative team, own regional budget allocation, and work closely with product and design partners. This role requires 13+ years of experience in brand marketing, strong creative judgment, and a commercially minded approach.

• Lead brand marketing strategy and execution across Europe for key brands, with primary responsibility for Meetic and OurTime.
• Build and own annual marketing plans for priority European markets, translating business goals into clear brand and go-to-market strategies.
• Shape and evolve brand positioning, narratives, and campaign strategy for Meetic and OurTime, ensuring clarity, distinctiveness, and consistency across touchpoints.
